How high a building can you clean?
We have the equipment to expertly clean windows for buildings up to six stories high.

My service area is anywhere between Vernon and Armstrong, to Winfield, Lake Country and Kelowna.
Do you offer free estimates?
We come onsite for all commercial window cleaning projects before providing a free estimate and starting any job. Richard responds quickly with these appointments, works with you to understand your timing and budget, and gets you the quote you need.
Are you licensed and insured for working on commercial properties?
Yes! Great question. We’re a licensed company that carries $5 million insurance coverage and are registered and up to date with WorkSafe BC (WCB). Get a clearance letter here.
Do you offer scheduled regular window cleaning services?
Yes, we are happy to work with you for a schedule that is convenient for you. We recommend regular window cleaning to ensure your business or building looks clean and professional at all times.
Do you do residential window cleaning?
No, sorry. At this time we are only taking on commercial window cleaning accounts on a waitlist basis, due to staff shortages. Please call Richard to discuss your needs and to be added to the waitlist.
