Safe, Efficient Commercial Window Cleaning
We clean windows on office buildings, condominiums, strata complexes, restaurants, warehouses etc.
Inside cleaning: ClearFX works fast and efficiently using our tried-and-true wet cleaning solution and squeegee method. We get right into the corners and wipe window sills to ensure a pristine finish. We carefully protect your surfaces by placing towels and quickly wiping up any spills or drops.
Outside cleaning: We use our ‘Ultra Pure Water-Fed Pole System’ wherever possible (see the reasons below). The pole system will reach up to 6 floors (approx. 65′ high) while being controlled safely from the ground. Where access isn’t possible due to angles or rooflines, we can combine the use of ladders and/or rented hydraulic lifts.
Why Use the Ultra-Pure Water-Fed Pole System?
As a commercial building owner, strata manager or warehouse owner, there are good reasons to hire us to use this technique on outside windows over a traditional ladder/lift and squeegee.
- No damage to the surrounding grounds as only a small 5/16-inch hose is in tow
- We can clean mullions and frames that usually don’t get cleaned by the traditional method
- Quiet with less interference for tenants
- Zero chance of scratching tempered glass or glass railings
- Lower cost to you because no heavy equipment is needed
- Much safer since the pole is controlled by a man on the ground in most cases (less chance of an insurance issue)
- Absolutely no chemicals are used (no damage to plants, flower beds or building walls)
- The Ultra-Pure Water-fed Poling System does a superior job in most cases if done correctly
